Jamie Liu	a2c868a098	Add rvalue ref-qualified PosixErrorOr<T>::ValueOrDie() overloads. This allows ValueOrDie() to be called on PosixErrorOr rvalues (e.g. temporaries) holding move-only types without extraneous std::move()s.
