Bin Lu ebaf29abeb passed the kvm test case of "TestKernelSyscall" on Arm64 
For kvm test case "TestKernelSyscall",
redpill/syscall(-1) in guest kernel level will be trapped in el1_svc.
And in el1_svc, we use mmio_exit to leave the guest.

Bin Lu 2cee066929 enable ring0 to support arm64 
This patch enabled the basic framework for arm64 guest.

Serveral jobs were finished in this patch:
1, ring0.Vectors()
2, switchToUser()
3, basic framwork for Arm64 guest.
