Dereference pointers in Layer's Stringer impl
...
Dereference any fields which are pointers before string formatting so that the
value pointed to ends up in the string representation.
Tested:
Added TestLayerStringFormat to
//third_party/gvisor/test/packetimpact/testbench:testbench_test
